Thanks for considering  the Graham Cinema for your event! Below is some general info about rentals to get you started.

 

​• To rent the theater for private showings, we charge $5 a person, with a minimum of $150 or 30 people. You can have parties of less than 30, but it would still be $150. The theater holds 360 people max.
• We require a $150 deposit before we reserve a date in our system. This deposit goes directly toward the cost of your rental. If your group has 30 people or less, the deposit will cover the entire rental. If you have a group of more than 30 people, the additional cost will be due the day of your rental.
• Popcorn and drinks are included for all of your guests.

• As for the movie, we can show whatever's playing that week, you can bring your own DVD, or we can play a film from our library 

• The theater is available on Saturday mornings (party must finish and depart by 12 noon), and mornings and afternoons on Weekdays  (party must finish and depart by 6pm). We do not rent on Sunday.
• You have the option to pay by cash, credit card, or bank transfer (credit cards incur a 3.62% fee, and bank transfers incur a $3 fee). If paying by cash, you can hand it directly to a staff member at the Cinema, or  at our admin office (7 SE Court Square). If you pay by credit card or bank transfer, we would email you an invoice with a link to pay through our digital payment portal as the cinema does not have card readers.
